The development of Solar Energy brought
various changes in our environment. This changes helped people to be more
productive. Productive in the sense that the development of this becomes one of
the ways where in people have benefited and utilize nature. Different drives
and various quantities of energy demands have caused the development of the
Solar. But aside from using and knowing the benefits that it
gives to us, we should also take into considerations the possible effects on
the usage of Solar Energy as an alternate source of electricity. Here, I will
show to you by comparing the effects of using solar energy from using one of
the traditional sources of energy.
Talking
about hydro electric plants which is used to make electricity is nothing
compared to solar. Why? It is mainly because when using hydro electric power
plants, you will need an intensive water current in order to produce
electricity but when you use solar energy, you will not be able to use intensive
pressure of water because a solar energy does not require water though some of
the solar thermal requires water but you can still reuse the water. It just
shows that we can conserve more water when using solar energy instead of Hydro
electric power plants.
Now,
aside from this, Solar energy was recorded to produce zero emissions or
emission free-form of energy but did you know that solar energy development can
sometimes cause greenhouse gas emissions? Yes it has something to do with it
because in terms of the construction of the solar energy. We may say and view
it as a negative effects but then, this effect can never out rate the benefits
that solar energy has brought. As they say it, “One person’s beauty is another
person’s eyesore.
