Going Green: Efforts By The Worldwide Multinationals

Recent years have seen a noticeable shift in the eagerness of several multinational companies in opting for more environmental friendly procedures and options in contrast to their existing traditional methods. This increasingly attractive business strategy by an ever increasing number of companies relays public sentiment and ensures a smaller carbon footprint through sustainable, less harmful activities through adoption of the green movement. Similarly, businesses are noticing the higher returns on assets through sustainable practices. Such that installing solar panels may cost more however, it will save the company on monthly expenditures and would eventually prove to be more productive and beneficial.

However, a detailed analysis show that businesses basically focus on reversing the damage caused by their actions instead of giving impartial attention to going green and preserving our environmental situation. In addition, others present themselves as green while creating pollution or energy wastage on other operational sectors.
